Kimberley Crum Klein
Kimberley Crum Klein has extensive experience representing clients in family matters all over Northern Illinois. The myriad of emotions and issues involved in a divorce, child support, or custody case can make it difficult to see your way through it—it helps to have someone who is objective, dedicated, and willing to fight aggressively for your rights in such a situation. Ms. Klein focuses on your goals to help you navigate the family law system in order to insure that your property is divided equally and that you are able to move on with your life as soon as possible. Her compassionate and personal attention to your case will help you feel confident and secure.
Ms. Klein began her career as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Kane County State's Attorney's Office in St. Charles, Illinois where she prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases. As a supervisor in the DUI courtroom, she gained valuable experience and insight into every aspect of a DUI case. She has tried hundreds of criminal cases at jury and bench trial as both a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney, and she has the ability to assess a case from the prosecutor's point of view in order to develop the best possible defense. She uses any resources available to defend you against all criminal charges, from traffic tickets to murder and everything in between.
